Cora Music Group, headquartered in Pinheiros, São Paulo, Brazil, through this Reservation of Rights, formally establishes the protection and safeguarding of its legal, commercial, contractual, and intellectual rights.
1. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content produced, developed, or made available by Cora Music Group—including, but not limited to, logos, trademarks, designs, texts, contracts, documents, reports, software, marketing materials, and digital platforms—is the exclusive property of the company and protected by national and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The use, reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or exploitation of any Cora Music Group material without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.
Ownership of musical works, phonograms, compositions, and other content submitted by artists and record labels remains with their respective owners. Cora Music Group will act solely as a licensee or distributor, as provided for in the contract.
2. Limited Licenses
The use of Cora Music Group's services, contracts, and materials does not imply the automatic granting of licenses, property rights, or authorizations beyond what is strictly necessary for the performance of the contracted services.
Any permission granted to the User will be limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at any time in the event of a breach of contract.
3. Commercial Rights
Cora Music Group reserves the right to negotiate, revise, modify, or terminate commercial agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and partnerships in accordance with its strategic convenience and in compliance with applicable law.
No agreement entered into with Cora Music Group may be construed as a complete assignment of its commercial or intellectual property rights, unless expressly agreed and documented in writing.
4. Image, Name, and Brand Rights
Cora Music Group's name, logo, visual identity, slogans, and other brand elements are protected by industrial property and trademark laws.
Use by third parties is only permitted with a formal contract or express written authorization from the company.
Any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability, as well as immediate legal action.
5. Rights to Digital Platforms and Data
Cora Music Group reserves the right to suspend, limit, or revoke any User's access to its digital platforms in the event of misuse, breach of contract, or violation of laws.
All data, reports, and statistics generated on its platforms are the property of Cora Music Group and may be shared only under the terms set forth in contracts or the Privacy Policy.
6. Update and Modification Rights
Cora Music Group may update, modify, or remove services, contracts, terms of use, policies, and content at any time, without prior notice, when necessary to ensure legal compliance, protect its interests, or improve its activities.
Updated versions of documents will always be available on its official channels, prevailing over any previous versions.
7. Legal and Judicial Rights
Cora Music Group reserves the right to take administrative, extrajudicial, or judicial action against any violation of its intellectual property rights, trademarks, contracts, or any other aspect protected by law.
The jurisdiction of the District of São Paulo - SP, to the exclusion of any other, is hereby elected to resolve disputes related to the violation of these rights.
8. Final Statement
The failure to immediately exercise any right by Cora Music Group will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of such rights. All rights not expressly granted to the User remain reserved by Cora Music Group.
